CLASSES
Stockton Lapidary and Mineral Club provides training and education in earth sciences, lapidary arts, beading and silversmithing techniques.

  Club classes include:

Lapidary Arts
  Periodically offered classes:
     Enameling
   Stained Glass
   Glass Bead Making
   Faceting
 
Lost Wax Casting
Dichroic Glass
Sphere Making
CLASS LOCATION:    
  Classes are usually held at the SLMC Club House located at 3136 East Anita Street, Stockton; however, might be held at other locations. Time, location and other details are announced at monthly meetings and listed in our monthly newsletter.
       
CLUB HOUSE SHOP HOURS:
  Every Monday & Wednesday 7:00 p.m. - 9:45 p.m.
  Second & Fourth Saturday* 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
  *additional shop time on 4th Saturday is being offered  on a trial basis.
  
Shop schedules are subject to change. For instance, the schedule varies when we prepare for our show in September. Details are announced at monthly meetings and listed in our newsletter.
 
SHOP FEES:
  Shop Fees are as follows:
Shop fee per visit to cover the cost of equipment and electricity:
   $1.00 Wednesday Evening
   $2.00 Saturday
  Additional fees:
   $1.00 per slabbed rock or $2.00 for 3 slabbed rocks
     $ .10 (10 cents) per inch for slabbing a whole rock
